Library Policies

The primary goal of the Mount Morris Library is to meet the needs of its users by providing free access to high-demand, high-interest multi-sensory materials; to encourage an interest in independent reading and learning, to provide users with broad access to information and materials through library networking and to house the community’s local history archives.  We provide these services to all persons regardless of race, ethnic background, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, or age according to policies established by the Board of Trustees.
